Just read an article stating that drinking 3 or more cups of coffee (including decaf) and tea helps protect against diabetes....here is the CARE 2 ARTICLE and an accompanying STUDY .... Never been a fan of coffees but drink tea like it was going out of style.....black, green, white....herbal teas....and i still came down with Type 2 Diabetes....however I was not eating correctly....now I have changed to trying to stay away from any fried foods and food with large amounts of fat content and bad cholesterol in them.............
